Special Licensure Exam, Muling Isasagawa ng PRC

Ito ang inihayag ng kasalukuyang Chairman ng Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) na si Ginoong Nicolas P. Lapena, Jr. sa kanyang sulat sa mga liderato ng professional groups sa Riyadh, Jeddah, Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia, at maging sa UAE at Qatar.

Ang Special Licensure Examinations sa accountancy, architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering at mechanical engineering ay bukas sa lahat ng kuwalipikadong mga Overseas Filipino Workers. Ang examinations ay idaraos ng sabay-sabay sa Alkhobar at Jeddah sa 26, 27 at 28 November 2009, at December 2, 3 & 4, 2009 sa Doha, Qatar at Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Ang pagsasagawa ng licensure examinations ay kaalinsabay ng pagpapatupad ng pamahalahan ng Pilipinas na bigyan pa ng higit na pribileheyo ang mga Filipino overseas workers tulad ng pagkakaloob ng pagkakataong maging lisensiyado sa kanilang napiling professions habang kasalukuyang nagtratrabaho sa abroad.

Sa mga nagnanais na kumuha ng Special Licensure Exam, narito ang mga dapat na ihanda at i-submit:

1) Original & photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) with scanned picture and remarks “For Board Examination Purpose Only”
2) Original and photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) in security paper
3) Four (4) pieces of passport-size pictures with complete nametag
4) Photocopy of Philippine Passport
5) Examination Fee of USD 40.00
6) Application Form (can be downloaded at www.prc.gov.ph)

Sa iba pang karagdagang requirements na dapat i-submit ng iba’t ibang disciplines (architects, CPA’s, civil engineers, electrical engineers, electronics engineers and mechanical engineers), makipag-ugnayan lamang sa mga opisyales ng mga professional organizations sa inyong lugar tulad ng UAP/MBAP/IOFA, PICPA, PICE, IIEE, IECEP at PSME sa Alkhobar, Jeddah, Riyadh, Doha, Abu Dhabi at Dubai.

Ang mga applications ay dapat mai-submit sa mga professional organizations or groups on or before 30 September 2009, at mai-transmit naman sa PRC on or before 09 October 2009.

Para sa mga aplikante kung saan ang kanilang mga dokumento ay nasa Pilipinas, maaari nilang i-submit ito directly sa PRC sa Application & Qualification Evaluation Division on or before 15 September 2009.
